Red & Black Admin
Here’s a link to my current red and black admin theme. I don’t guarantee it to be complete or even usable, but it’s what I’m using at the moment so it’s pretty good. If you decide to use it and make any improvements, I’d love to hear about them. The biggest problem I’m having right now in finishing it off is getting TinyMCE to be light-on-dark, if you figure that out, please let me know.
